Test bench for diagnostics of alternators, starters and voltage regulators
MS008 – multifunctional test bench designed for the quick and the accurate diagnostics of the automotive alternators and starters of the passenger cars and the trucks, as well as of voltage regulators separately from alternators. The test bench software is regularly updated for the expanding of the range of diagnosed units.

Overview
The MS008 test bench enables diagnostics of:
- 12V and 24V alternators with various terminal connections.
- 12V "Stop-Start" system alternators and "I-ELOOP" (Mazda) alternators.
- 12V and 24V voltage regulators, tested separately from the alternator.
- 12V/24V starters with a power rating of up to 6 kW in no-load mode.
The test bench displays measured parameters in real time as oscillograms, providing a comprehensive view of the device's operation and enabling a more precise evaluation of its condition. It can perform diagnostics in two modes: manual and automatic. Upon completion of the automatic test, the test bench generates a report, which is saved to memory and can be printed. The automatic test algorithm for the alternator can be customized as desired.
