Training
Our training center teaches specialists how to diagnose and repair automotive components and systems using MSG Equipment. Specific areas include: starters and alternators, steering systems (EPS, HPS), brake calipers, climate control systems, shock absorbers, and electric vehicle high-voltage batteries.
All courses are developed by professionals who work with this equipment daily in real auto repair shop conditions and understand the specifics of rebuilding each type of component.
Training format
Classes are held online, making it possible to train specialists from anywhere in the world. We combine theoretical instruction with a detailed breakdown of hands-on procedures performed on real equipment.
Upon completing the training, you will gain:
- Proficiency in operating MSG Equipment
- Automotive component diagnostics and repair skills
- Understanding of how complex vehicle systems work
- Knowledge of common automotive component failures and how to fix them
Training programs
Starter and alternator diagnostics and repair training
A three-day program that takes you from basic theory to independent component rebuilding. You will study the design of various alternator types and master diagnostic methods – both visual inspection and bench testing using the MS005A and MS002A test benches. You will learn to operate the MS016, MS012, and MS014 testers. The program covers the complete workflow: from initial diagnostics to the final performance verification of a rebuilt unit.
Automotive A/C compressor diagnostics and repair training
Four days of intensive hands-on work with various types of climate control systems. The program covers both conventional belt-driven compressors for ICE vehicles and electric compressors for hybrids and EVs.
Practical sessions are conducted on the MS111, MS112, and MS101P test benches using real compressors from various manufacturers. You will master the complete service cycle: disassembly, fault assessment, repair, reassembly, system flushing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging. After the course, you will be able to work with any automotive A/C system, including Tesla.
Shock absorber and suspension diagnostics and repair training
A two-day intensive course for those who want to develop in-depth expertise in vehicle suspension. The program covers all shock absorber types: mono-tube, twin-tube, adjustable, pneumatic, and hydropneumatic.
The main focus is on mastering the MS201 test bench and correctly interpreting diagnostic results. A dedicated module covers client consultation techniques – how to clearly explain test results and justify the need for repair.
Brake system diagnostics and repair training
In two days, you will master the technology of reconditioning brake calipers of all designs. You will learn to perform diagnostics on the MS300 and MS301 test benches, check for leaks, and work with electromechanical parking brakes. The program includes repair kit selection and hands-on reconditioning practice.
Electric power steering (EPS) diagnostics and repair training
A four-day program covering all modern electric power steering systems. The key tool of the course is the MS561 PRO tester for diagnosing steering racks, columns, and pumps.
You will gain in-depth knowledge of electronic components: sensors, motors, and control units. You will learn programming, adaptation, and calibration of ECUs. The hands-on portion covers steering rack and column repair procedures.
Hydraulic power steering (HPS) diagnostics and repair training
The hydraulic power steering program covers diagnostics and repair of HPS pumps and steering racks. Working with the MS502M, MS503N, and MS504 test benches, you will learn to identify pump wear, rack leaks, and valve body faults.
A significant portion of the course is dedicated to common failures and their efficient troubleshooting – critical knowledge for a busy repair shop environment. You will also learn hydraulic system flushing and component rebuilding procedures.
EV and hybrid high-voltage battery diagnostics and repair training
This program focuses on working with high-voltage traction batteries – both nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) and lithium-ion (Li-ion).
You will learn to operate the MS800 and MS801 testers: measuring module capacity, performing cell balancing, and identifying faulty cells. A critical part of the program is dedicated to high-voltage safety procedures – there is no margin for error when working with HV circuits.
Vehicle emissions system service training
A one-day intensive program on servicing DPF and FAP particulate filters. You will study how exhaust aftertreatment systems work, learn the causes of filter clogging, and master the MS900 cleaning bench.
The program includes filter condition assessment, cleaning procedures, and client consultation techniques – how to effectively communicate the benefits of filter cleaning over filter removal.
Tesla EV diagnostics and repair training
This online program for Tesla Model S/X/3/Y vehicles is built around the LOKI diagnostic scan tool – the only professional-grade tool for comprehensive diagnostics of these vehicles.
You will learn to read and clear fault codes, work with low-voltage and high-voltage systems, program keys, and modify vehicle configuration. Tesla constantly updates its system architecture, so the course content is regularly refreshed – once enrolled, you retain access to all current materials.
