Overview

The MS521 mechanism is designed to work in conjunction with the MS502M test bench and the MS561 PRO tester, providing resistance to the movement of the steering rack rod, simulating the load from turning the vehicle's wheels. This allows for the detection of faults in the power steering system that only manifest under resistance to rod movement, such as leaks in the distributor, the condition of the hydraulic cylinder's central seal, and wear in the middle section of the hydraulic cylinder body.
