Warranty obligation

MSG Equipment guarantees that all of our products are in good working condition and free from defects at the time of sale. Minor deviations that do not affect the technical characteristics and performance of the product (such as weak noise, creaking, vibration, etc.) are not considered defects.

MSG Equipment undertakes to repair or replace any part that has material defects or assembly defects free of charge during the warranty period, provided that all requirements for the operation and maintenance of the product described in the Operating Manual are observed. The warranty period is 24 months. The warranty period starts from the date of shipment of the goods from the Seller's warehouse.

Products that are not produced by MSG Equipment, but may be supplied with
MSG Equipment products, have their own manufacturer's warranty. These components include:

  • Printer;
  • Computer;
  • Frequency converter;
  • Electric motor;
  • Pump;
  • Blower;
  • Reducer;
  • Electronic heater;
  • Power supplies.

Receiving the product from the transport company confirms that the product was received in good condition.

The Seller is not responsible for the expenses and losses of the Buyer caused by the failure of the goods or the replacement of components, including lost profits, payment of specialists, electricity costs, consumables, communication, and the like.

Warranty repair conditions

Before sending the product for warranty repair, the Buyer must provide the Seller with a description of the malfunction. The Buyer is responsible for packaging and delivering the goods or component to which their warranty claim relates.

The Buyer must provide full assistance to the Seller in fulfilling the warranty obligations it has assumed.

If the case is recognized as a warranty issue and the repair costs are significant, the Seller may replace the goods with a new one instead of repairing it.

Warranty obligations do not apply if:

  1. The product was used for purposes other than its intended use.
  2. The product was operated in violation of the User Manual requirements.
  3. There are traces of mechanical impact on the product and/or its components that are not related to its normal use.
  4. Incorrect connection to power networks occurred, for example:
  • lack of protective grounding;
  • increased or decreased voltage;
  • use of extension cords with a cross-section that does not correspond to the power of the equipment used;
    etc.
  1. There are traces of unauthorized intervention, attempts of self-repair, or alteration of the product's design without the manufacturer's knowledge.
  2. There is damage caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids that got inside the product, or due to exposure to moisture, acid, open fire.
  3. The product was damaged by force majeure (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
  4. Intentional or careless actions of the consumer or third parties resulted in the product's failure.
  5. The product was damaged due to the use of consumables that do not meet the manufacturer's requirements.
  6. The product is subject to normal wear and tear due to prolonged use in the absence of factory defects.

The list of quickly wearing out and consumable parts that are not covered by warranty obligations includes:

Drive belts

  • Filtering elements
  • Fuse elements
  • Power cords
  • Switching wires
  • Working fluids
  • Hydraulic hoses
