New MS111 features!

MSG Equipment never rests on its laurels and always aims to achieve the best possible result. We continue to refine and improve our own products to ensure that we and our customers are happy with the results.

The MS111 for diagnostics of auto air conditioner compressors, which work on refrigerant R134A and R1234, has learnt to check 24 volt compressors!

We have developed a DC-DC converter that allows you to connect compressors with a 24V clutch to the stand.

Previously, such compressors had to be connected to a separate power supply.

MS111 is now self-sufficient and can test such compressors fully!

The MS111 has been upgraded with new software and a new feature: automatic diagnostics.

To perform this test you need to:

• install and secure the compressor;
• install and tighten the drive belt;
• connect the valve and/or coupling to the bench;
• drain the refrigerant, if there is any left over from the last test.

The test is broken down into 4 steps:

• Determining the tightness of the glands;
• Valve and/or coupling check;
• Performance test;
• Noise test

Test results can be saved and printed out, making it easy to analyse the information.
