Training course on diagnostics and repair of high-voltage batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles
The course «Diagnostics and Repair of High-Voltage Batteries for Electric Vehicles» is intended for service station specialists who wish to master a перспективное направление in the automotive field. As part of the course, you will gain a systematic understanding of the operating principles of lithium-ion high-voltage batteries, learn about the design features of high-voltage systems in electric vehicles of various brands, and acquire the skills to identify faults and safely work with high-voltage modules.
This course is designed for 2 days. The first day of training is dedicated to studying the structure of high-voltage batteries and the characteristics of lithium-ion batteries. Special attention is given to electrical safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment and the rules for handling lithium-ion batteries. Additionally, the commercial aspects of battery restoration services for electric vehicles are considered.
The second day – covers methods for diagnosing high-voltage batteries using testers: MS800, MS800A, MS801, as well as the specifics of performing balancing and measuring the internal resistance of battery cells. Recommendations are provided for the correct assessment of the condition of different types of batteries.
